Everyone has a story to tell, here's mine...

 

My name's Danica, founder of hello. After spending13 years building a corporate career thinking I would be the next VP, one day I woke up and realized...I'm not happy, and this career path is no longer for me. I didn't enjoy the industry I was in, I didn't enjoy corporate life and I wanted more for myself. So, at 32, I did what most people would never do and started life all over again.

I am beyond grateful for my time in corporate as it's shaped who I am as a person today and given be ample experience and education in the fields that my business specializes in, but it was no longer for me and I chose risk, thrill, freedom and a new opportunity over consistency and security.

​

My goal with opening hello has always been to take all my experience and knowledge from my corporate years, alongside my university education to help businesses grow and achieve success. I was always getting asked “how do the big guys do it” and I loved sharing my expertise to help grow small brands from their people, to their marketing, branding, processes and operations helping them achieve success and growth. 

​

I took the jump away from corporate and dove into hello full-time and I have never looked back. Since that day, my passion is back and I have been able to help grow many brands, hello as a business and the hello family.

That's my story and it's been nothing but a wild ride since.
